My fellow veteran - Many of us have PTSD and if that is the case for you let me say that the VA has new treatments that may have just come through. I won’t go into detail because I’m sure I would not be accurate, but they do involve some psychedelics (administered in a controlled medically approved fashion) that, from what I can tell, are proving to be very helpful.
Don’t feel like you are by yourself. I pray that you may find some peace, whatever your circumstances.
And remember that “God works in mysterious ways his wonders to perform”. Good luck and may God be with you.
