Even though the ACC has the most bowl matchups of the Power 5 conferences, the ACC has the lowest percentage of quality matchups.

Bowl tie ins were set so the matchups are no slam on the ACC. We cannot help that the SEC team we are playing is not ranked anymore than any team can control over who they play.
