Question now comes....

Who do we think will opt out for the bowl game? My gut says no one, but last year was the first time a Dabo player opted out (KJ Henry) that I can remember. Does 54 or 0 opt out? I don't see guys like TD or RO sitting out since they came back for a covid year.

I think playing against DJU might make some guys who were thinking about sitting out change their mind. I know they all are as tight as brothers with DJU, but a little trash talking and a chance to hit him live might be too much for any defender to pass up.

Regardless who sits out, I'm looking forward to it happening if it happens. And if we get to see more of the freshman.... even better. I live two blocks from Petco so I'm excited about it happening in San Diego.

Sorry about that. I have been wrong before but, I just don’t see Big Dave letting DJ play against the Tiger defense.

Should be zero on offense.
I imagine Nate Wiggins on D and potentially a few others, maybe Tyler Davis or Trotter.

Especially with their coach leaving, DJ and most of the OSU players will opt out. So the whole story line of DJ vs Dabo isn’t there. ESPN will go with plan B and put the brothers against each other.

Yeah, that would be awesome to play USC, but half their team will opt out too. I don't blame the players... its in their best interest to protect themselves for the NFL, but it takes some fun out of the games for sure. but thats just my selfish interest.
