they failed to break 50 in 4 out of 5 games. I know they play a really slow tempo under Bennett and that contributes to the low scores, but when they were good in recent years they would still score in the 70s consistently. This was not a good UVA team this year, relative to Bennets standards.

Per KenPom they are dead last (362nd) in tempo, 211th in offensive efficiency (adjusts for tempo), and just 73rd overall which is by far the lowest ranked at-large team in the tournament. Pitt belonged in ahead of them IMO.
