How has Ray Epps not been arrested yet? He was filmed the night before telling people that they need to breach the capital. Then the day of he is obviously coordinating with others to breach the capital. This all happened during trumps speech.
The FBI stealthily removed Ray Epps from its Capitol Violence Most Wanted List on July 1, just one day after Revolver exposed the inexplicable and puzzlesome FBI protection of known Epps associate and Oath Keepers leader Stewart Rhodes. July 1 was also just one day after separate New York Times report amplified a glaring, falsifiable lie about Epps’s role in the events of January 6.
So considering most of you bozos believe these rioters were there to murder people and take over the government, you all should be outraged that this guy has not been arrested. Any good reasons as to why mothers with kids are being arrested but this guy is not?

Why are you not outraged that ray epps has been scrubbed from FBI most wanted lists and he still remains at large. This could be the most dangerous man in the country!

They arrest him then "keep him in custody", then just let him go.
Isn't that what small town cops do to CI's?
I mean if we are going to believe in some massive conspiracy, no reason to think that law enforcement isn't just like it is in Narcos on Netflix.

1) Should the FBI have "plants" in a crowded protest to evaluate the possible threat level (isn't that what the FBI is supposed to do?)
or
2) The FBI put "plants" there to start a riot/insurrection. (for what motive?)

At best seems like some entrapment. There's nothing more suggestible than a crowd, and a few plants yelling "let's go IN the capitol" sure didn't have a positive influence on people.

I'm not in the Qanon camp but I've also lived long enough to know that no offshoot of govt at any level is as pure as the new-fallen snow, so nothing really surprises me. I'm not sure what Qanon has to do with discussing the appropriateness and legality of law-enforcement actions within the captured video though.

I said that if he were placed there at the direction of a law enforcement branch of govt, a decent defense attorney could make a little hay with an entrapment defense if they could prove their client was in the vicinity of and influenced by that individual.

If there are a million different suspicious things floating around, what's more likely, that they're ALL BS, or that a few aren't? I'd say the latter. The hardest part (that I haven't solved) is cutting through the noise to figure out which ones are which.

its either one, or the other:
1) the FBI knew about Epps, and didn't arrest him for whatever reasons they have (lack of evidence, lack of a charge that would stick, etc)
or
2) he really is a plant by the FBI specifically there to assist in starting an insurrection/riot/general tourist movement, and because he was an FBI plant (that I guess the FBI didn't know, but found out about later and removed him from their most wanted list) he wasn't arrested because he is an FBI operative.
If it's not one or the other of these options, then what is the 3rd (or more?) option?
Which one sounds more believable?
