agree, as soon as the player starts to get pushed.... progress has stopped for the ball carrier, IMO.

yeah......right! Since the NCAA has so much power these days. In 2017 the NCAA passed a rules that 1) players must have mouthpiece in place during every play, 2)that the uniform of a player must cover the midriff area, and 3)that a player cannot roll the pants up to exposed the knee. All three of these rules are violated by every team on every play and some maroons like Legette violate all 3 on every play. The officials??????? crickets.
