Why can't they overrule the penalty after replay?

If this was an important call against the tigers I'd be livid. All for player safety but how do you coach your defense to hit?

It looked like he was head hunting...and sometimes your reputation draws a penalty. Don't think refs are not aware of USCe's reputation of launching and targeting.

pulling hard for UCF - but that is pathetic - how can you possibly play defense like this - they should be able to reverse the penalty and not just the ejection.
