After the Tigers struggled against FSU's left handed pitcher Reid, I noticed UNC is starting a lefty tonight. Hopefully, the Lady Tigers got some good BP against lefties during their time off.

They did score Cagle a hit. Surprisingly. The rbi was a single, error and unearned run imo. Centerfielder catches, a decent throw she's either held or close out. This has been unc's m/o all year. Errors on misplayed balls, bad throws etc . Got to put the ball in play though.
Hard to believe Furman (who sadly lost 2day) had like 10 hits and 10 runs, several dingers off this pitcher.

This team unfortunately is a paper tiger. They just can't beat anyone with a pulse. They may very well win this game, but they are not elite or even close to world series team. Just not there talent wise. Its year 4, but I was hoping for more.

They just started questioning themselves after they got swept by FSU. They were playing lot better 6wks ago. The bats have gone cold for some reason. They just have looked different since FSU.

It was b4 fsu. Actually the beginning of March. We just didn't play anyone between Tennessee and fsu except a midweek game against uga. Pitchers have tape on us now.

Thinking maybe our first game against FSU was a roadmap to beating us ……. Lots and lots of off speed pitches. I have not seen a game this year where we have not been able to put a charge behind some hits …… everything soft.

Really need to get Logoleo cranked up. She was batting 350 about 6 weeks ago...about 60 pts. higher.

Everyone has fallen off. Clark is a 5* recruit that hasn't progressed since high school. And just so I'm clear, that isn't coming from me. That came from a softball coach with no agenda.
