If that is the sole issue, we're in great shape. If a guy like Lateek can't make it onto the field, we too deep, indeed.

Then we should be playing lights out and having opposing offenses that are barely decent and flat out weak in the ACC to end up with goose eggs in games. Giving up 30 points a game half the season with all the deep talent we have is not really a good look.
I clearly don't know if its playbook issues, depth chart, illegal stuff going on, or if TEEK is feeling uncomfortable with Clemson's administration. The thing is thats 3 players transfering within 2 to 3 months. Maybe oustanding star recruits are going to notice that they are going to have to work beyond extra hard to play.....maybe thats good. Maybe oustanding star recruits are noticing that the standards are far too high or shady things are going on, so they shy away from Clemson and do extremely well elsewhere. Interesting how all this plays out from now until September. Eventhough it is just one player. One player a month that is. Lets try to keep this Tiger Tank together! Never know if we will have that injury bug monster that takes out 8 to 10 players before the season and 4 more during the season. Keep the family tight!

played at the same level our LBs did it we would be holding teams to under 20 a game, fact is our LBs got better through out the year and our D-line turned into a monster by the end of the season. And are you really bringing up things might be shaddy, I guess we know what team you really pull for.....

And what team would that be? Last time i checked my closet it had Clemson Tiger Paws in it....still does. Last time checked I checked my patio rug.....another Clemson Tiger Paw on it, well how about that. When I checked my heart, guess what?.......Another Clemson Tiger Paw.

is to be to check your brain for one. Instead of making up things like "shady" stuff going on, stick to facts. Reasons have been presented for Davis leaving and it should be easy to see that if we have 10 players for a couple (or 3) spots on the field thatit is reasonable to think guys who are really competitive will want more playing time. And that sometimes means going somewhere else. I know I wouldn't want to be the #4 QB behind Tajh next year with the talent that is waiting to take his place ahead of me.

New DC, completely different system. That was the issue the first half of the season.
If you didn't see an improvement in our defense as the season went on you weren't watching. The defense kept us in the Scar game and had several HUGE stops against LSU.
We will be a lot better next season.

Definitely saw improvement.....just thought Lateek - an experienced guy in our system, would have been a part of this next phase. Would like to know the real problem. Same for Cortez Davis. We are building something special and those guys produced and was supposed to be a part of it.

that haven't made the 2 deep on a college roster yet.
I wish them the very best.
But,let's not make this out to be more than it is. These are a few guys(4 so far as McNeil is done with FB because of injuries)that have met with the coaches and believe they have a better chance elsewhere.

colleges have transfers. That why 100 or 150(SEC)scholarships/4 years equals 85 players in the end.

close to the same thing. While maybe not directly asking someone to leave, the HC could have had a meeting where the player's future was talked bout, letting the student/player to make his own decision with all the available info and options.
