Should sell general admission tickets and bring everyone down from the upper decks. Then they should close off the end zones. Maybe it would give the illusion of a full stadium and make it louder on the field.

afraid to show the people in the stands for fear of showing just how few people there actually are at the game - their attendance is terrible!
