The impossible wish

Would be for everyone to get a grip on where this team is and know that it is likely that the team will make game changing mistakes in a negative fashion. Its what we are right now. We all know this. So my wish would be that we briefly moan about a mistake, but spend our energy on the positives that happen.

I think if I were on this team and made the huge mistake of reading the TNet message boards I would be looking to the transfer portal. Not because the coaching is bad, but because the fans have become such jerks. You aren't on the team folks, but you can have a negative or positive impact on the players.

Think about your own posts. If you needed to go out and play hard today on o-line how hard would you play if you read the posts put up about you by "fans".
Negativity is not a motivator. Its a destroyer. Being positive might just want a player to go above and beyond.

Yankees moving to the South means all fanbases have jerks in them. I almost got in a fight with a Yankee at a Braves game this year because I went to the game with an elderly handicapped relative and we went through the handicapped entrance and he accused us of cutting in line.

I showered him with flagrant profanity and made clear that no jury would convict me if I sent him to the hospital and he shut up. But that's what we're dealing with.

I would hope our players have thicker skin than Dabo. Also free speech is still the law of the land.
