Swoffie’s Raycom homerism is small potatoes compared to the ESPN/Disney organized crime bunch running things now. When you have a commissioner with a sketchy past piped in from Chicago of all places…to run the ACC… not much else needs to be said.

Your comments show a leach of any knowledge on the subject. The ACC commish has an excellent back ground that will stack up with any other commish in the NCAA

-AD of a lower echelon Big 10 school with almost no football history…where many athletes from football, baseball, softball, volleyball, and cheerleading came out with allegations the athletic department was marred by scandal - “ritualized sexual abuse and racism!”
Were these allegations and lawsuits ever resolved or settled?

.... folks looking at this lawsuit from an FSU perspective are optimistic.
Discovery.
Does the ACC really want the story you mentioned, with all the letters and emails and phone records etc. being made public? Do they want the details of Phillips and ESPN working out the contract extensions made public? Does ESPN want all the emails, texts, etc. made between them and members of the CFP made public?
The hope, from an FSU perspective, is that the ACC, after putting up a front, will decide that a negotiated settlement is far better than months and months of discovery and what will be discovered.
