She did it on each and every pitch. Per NCAA 2022-23 Rule 10 Pitching:
10.5.4 Leaping is not allowed. The pitcher may not become airborne on the
initial drive from the pitcher’s plate. The pivot foot must slide/drag on the
ground.
It's hard to see sometimes and it can be a subtle leap. There's a reason that pitchers have a toe guard on their drag foot cleat.
The UofSC pitcher last night was taking a huge leap toward the plate. I'd be surprised if she's not been called on that this year, but then again it could have been something our coaches picked up on and told the umps to look out for.
USSSA softball does allow leaping now so it may be coming to NCAA also.

off the rubber before the leap. It was very blatant, LOL. Coots coach should have been coaching her player instead of griping at the umps.

just 3 years ago it was an automatic base for the base runners as well. I want to think even further back it was a free base for the batter as well. with as many times as she threw illegal pitches we would have put up 50 on them without even 1 hit. Ironically, almost every pitch they called on her was a ball already. The only exception was the pitch the Clark hit to SS. She still grounded out to the SS later in the at bat.

She rarely drug her right foot . . . they could have called it way more often than they did. This is the reason she could hit 74mph with her fastball . . . she was launching it.

In the broadcast, the play-by-play man said that she was a SS before converting to P

Scott Whitlock goes, "wow!" He covered it up by talking about how hard she throws the ball you'd think she'd always be a pitcher. No Scott, we were all thinking the same thing.
Not to be mean but was anybody shocked at the pinch runner they brought in to run for their catcher. She did not appear to be the fleetest of foot.

Interesting enough it's called a crow hop. How fitting that it's the cooters. Probably learned it from caged cocky.

They see it, just don't want to call it everytime. I coached against a girl who threw very hard at a young age but crow hopped every pitch. After yelling at umps they started to call it. Instead of the coach and parents teaching her different, they wanted to fight. Several years later she pitching in college, they had to pull her out of the game for crow hopping. Teach them better.
