Been catching glimpses of a critter like this on trail cams for several years. Knew what I thought it was, now I'm almost certain, a neighbor caught him crossing the road just before dark the other day... .....black panther. What say some tnet outdoor experts?

My dads landlord got this on trail cam. Christianburg, VA. You can believe it or not. Spoke with landlord about it, very honorable woman, she confirmed it was legitimate. Her husband and son hunt and got it crossing the field be their lake. Definitely a mature male Tom cat. Idk why people don’t believe in these things. It’s a black cougar. Cougars are around. It’s not that far fetched lol.

I live in Bland , VA and my wife has seen a young mountain lion twice. Once when it still had spots and again a few months later when the spots were gone, but it was still half the size of a full grown adult. We're surrounded by the Jefferson National Forest.

Beautiful rolling countryside with awesome Mountain views and many people in need. We helped build the new office extension at the Bland Ministry Center. If you ever get by there tell Dee Dee that God is blessing that work.

lookiing across a ten acre field. Needless to say, I got the Heyall out of Dodge as fast as my seventeen year old legs would take me. The scream that thing made caused literally every hair on both arms to stand up. And the adrenaline rush about blew up the ticker!
Butt, of course, people say they don't exist here in South Carolina. To which I say, Bull Balls, I know what I saw AND heard.
