They have Bama, OSU, Clem, Wash, Mich, wisky, OU
I think Mich gets in with a loss by Clem or Wash... if we win and Wash win then I think OSU drops to 4 and we play Wash in AZ. If we win and Wash loses Mich is 4 and we play OSU in AZ.
If both Clem and Wash lose then it is anyone's guess? In this scenario I don't think 3 B1G teams get in... I would say Mich is in because they would have h2h wins over the B1G champ as well the PAC 12 champ (CU)... after that Can you believe OU or even Ok St might get in?! I would like to think we could still have a shot even if we lost... both OK teams are terrible and have beaten nobody!
What a mess that would create! Would anyone really think that the best 4 teams in CFB would be Bama, OSU, Mich and gulp OU/Ok St?

I agree with your scenario if Clemson/Washington win, as far as what it SHOULD look like.
1) Bama
2) Clemson
3) Wash
4) OSU
But I think there will be too much pressure on the committee to not put OSU vs. Bama in the semi round. They'll have Clemson/OSU at 2/3 and play in the Fiesta and force Washington to travel across the country to play Bama in ATL. That's my guess, at least.

what is your opinion about Penn St., they're chances at a playoff spot. I mean if they beat Wis in the B1GCG, they will be division champs/conf champs and have the H2H vs OSU.

I am not sure PSU gets in over OSU.. the 39 pt loss to Mich may hurt them in the end... I think that is the reason they are ranked where they currently are. If it were up to me, I would have a hard time putting OSU in over PSU if they win the conf champ, but I am not sure the committee will see it the same way. This is really going to be interesting to see how committee values objective information (h2h, conf champ) vs subjective information ( eyetest, strength of schedule) to chose between the B1G schools....

From what I have seen there will be a full on recalibration after the championship games. We all want to win the ACC, but I honestly I wonder if it would not have been better to lose to Louisville and not be at risk of losing another game. The committee has their hands full if the Tigers lose, Washington loses etc. This may be the scenario that pushes it to 8 quick.
