if he wants. The US court system has made it clear it’s ok to:
1) create fake electors to rig elections and cast aside real votes. See Georgia where the fat clown is on a recording telling the GA Secretary of State "I just want to find 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have... Fellas, I need 11,000 votes, give me a break."
2) send a mob to storm the Capitol and prevent congress from certifying the election. Then Joe can just stay in the White House. Maybe just go to sleep for the rest of his life.
US judicial system, as of this moment, has made it clear both of these activities are fair game.
So, give me a scenario, here’s the bait MAGAts, under which Joe decides to leave the White House.

There was a Trump conspiracy - with his involvement all the way down the line - to overturn the 2020 election. Just because it wasn't successful doesn't mean crimes weren't committed by Trump himself, as well as by some of his closest advisors.
Attempted crimes are crimes, even if not successful.

- Trump had a prostitute filled urination party in Moscow and it is on video
- Trump had agents in Russia and in the DNC for many years
- The Steele Dossier was real
- Adam Schiff's accusations were accurate
- That Peter Strozk did not incriminate himself and the entire FBI/DOJ by what he texted to his slut FBI attorney mistress
- That Trump's involvement in a Ukraine phone call registers a 5 on the Richter scale compared to Biden flying his drug addict son around on Air Force 2 collecting millions by doing nothing which registers a 1

Shortly (before July), ~ 1500 of incarcerated J6 protesters will be released from their illegal imprisonment. Immediately thereafter, thousands of lawsuits against the federal government will be filed by those wrongly incarcerated J6’ers. The govt will end up forking out many millions of dollars for their prosecutorial misconduct.
The DoJ and ~ 15 corrupt judges in the DC court system blatantly abused the Enron originated charge of ‘corruptly disrupting an official proceeding’ to justify (sometimes) lengthy prison sentences on peaceful American citizens whose only convictable ‘crime,’ as based on actual evidence, was trespassing. BTW, trespassing is a misdemeanor; our country does not legally incarcerate trespassers. Our DoJ and DC judiciary, however, have the shared virtue of not obsessing over the law. They prefer action; they don’t need no stinkin’ laws.
So much for your ‘mob that stormed the Capitol’ nonsense. There are a few dozen bad guys, not counting undercover police / FBI assets who invited those few dozen violent citizens.
BTW, there are a bevy of other active suits in which incarcerated J6’ers now know that the DoJ denied their defense counsel access to exculpatory evidence that, had it been made available, would have also resulted in a verdict of either ‘not guilty’ or ‘misdemeanor trespassing.’
The J6 FedSurrection house of cards is facing a windstorm. Let’s see how long it takes to collapse.
