Need TNet IT guru help with Stubhub and ACC ticket transfers!

I had tickets to the ACCCG but for obvious reasons we’re not going this year. Two years ago (Pitt/Wake game) I could sell on Craigslist but apparently that’s not an option anymore (some say due to a Ticketmaster suit).

Anyway, listed on Stubhub for the first time and the tickets are in my ACC app. When I sell and transfer to the buyer I get confirmation from ACC they were transferred and buyers just need to claim. The buyers are not seeing the tickets despite my ACC confirmation of transfer.

Stubhub help has been, well, useless would be polite. “Are you sure you entered the buyers email correctly? Try canceling the transfer and resend.” Some I cancelled and resent three times! So many emails and calls to Stubhub I can’t keep track anymore! Surprised they didn’t say the old IT “try unplugging your iPhone and restarting it.”

Also, sold 4 tickets off TNet connection outside of Stubhub directly from ACC app to their email and that didn’t work either as could only see one ticket. So, maybe the issue is with the ACC app?

Anyone else run into this with Stubhub or have a solution?

Yes. Ran into the same issue yesterday as a buyer of a parking pass from stub hub but had to download it in Ticketmaster. Had to log out of Ticketmaster and log back in BUT ONLY using the little little little link in email I received from stub hub when I bought the parking pass a week ago. When logged in using my Clemson linked Ticketmaster app it would not work.

Tell them to go back to the emails they got from stub hub and look for a very small inconspicuous link in the bottom of the email that says ‘ticket 1’

Upper decks (500 level) going from $60-$80. I set mine low - just trying to get close to what I paid in September. I may lose $100 or so but that’s the chance you take buying that early!

I think sales are down this year.

It’s a long trip from Tallahassee and not sure how well Louisville will travel, especially after their loss to Kentucky.
