Acknowledge reality including the talent levels of a rival's team. Respecting the talent level is not "liking or loving" the competition.
Regarding UGA, Bama, FSU and others, football can be an unsavory game with unsavory characters. The genteel all-choirboys team rarely wins a championship.
Clemson has so much to be proud of -- and there is no diminishment of Clemson's greatness resulting from respect for any rival's talent. Many of these competitors were recruited by Clemson. Go Tigers!

Preach. FSU had no business in the Playoffs. With or without their starting quarterback. And it showed last night. UGA beat them up and down the field with their 3rd string. Norvell has built a team/program on smoke and mirrors.
UGA and their physicality and meanness will beat our “good boys” into the ground next season, unless Dabo, Luke, Riley, Grisham, and Goodwin can start instilling the same type of swag and go and take it attitude with the team.
I was happy to see Clemson win, but come on. It was Kentucky.
