This is why I really would not mind the ACC planting their flag in Texas by adding SMU. I think it would benefit recruiting and my favorite part would be sticking it to the Big 12 fans and social media talking heads who are pulling for the ACC's demise.

Lived in Portland Texas 96-04 and our kids went to Gregory-Portland HS. I can guarantee almost everybody in town was in the stadium on Friday night. Great support for HS football!

Ilive in the Houston area and that is nice, but it doesn't crack the top ten in Texas. The country school my kids go to was $58 million a few years back. Bigger in Texas I guess. Anyways, here is a list with some posted yesterday here.
