Not necessarily the most economical, but definitely the most convenient and hassle-free at least IMO.

I use the DISH Tailgater myself, but our friend use the Direct TV Winegard Carryout G2+. Both have been simply plug and play for us with little problems outside of getting clear view of the sky.

Been using standard dish from directv for 10 years and no issues. I park in lot 2 and can clear the upper deck. If you have a clear angle then you don't need the "no hands" system that costs so much. If money is no object then plug and play.
