they did for Mark Ingram in 2009 to steal the trophy from Stanford's Toby Gearhart or Texas's Colt McCoy. Non-stop about how Alabama had NEVER had a Heisman winner. Never. Can you believe that? Never. Now's the time to change that, blah, blah, blah.

Ha. It'll never happen. Which is funny since Heisman coached at Clemson. You'd think that would be a nice part of the narrative. 2009 was the year CJ didn't even get an invite to NY. They can suck it.
