That stupid statue should have been blown to shreds. The man knew about a kid(s) getting raped and did nothing. Any man with a shred of integrity would have called 911 and screamed for help. Shame says the owl. Disgusting shame.

He probably don't have enough of that to tie to. That's why he needed little boys I would guess. So I would go for tying it around his neck. No chance of it slipping off!!!
