Is about the team and their chemistry. It sounds like they are a group of individuals who are on the field at the same time. From the outside, our team seems to genuinely like each other and the program. That starts from the top down and won't end with a 6am run every third Friday.

Everything is always about him. The man is so narcissistic that he truly believe "it's all about himself." If you read the article you'll see that his focus is on himself and his legacy. He's on the five year plan, he's going to reinvent the program, he's got a lot more good years in himself, he's reenergized, and on and on. Can't wait to watch this self centered egotist go down in flames.
