Surprised I haven’t seen anyone post this.
These are the kind of things that get you hated.
“If you ain’t got haters, you ain’t poppin.’”.
“It was their (Tennessee) Super Bowl.”
That’s why you get booed. The best thing he’s done in his career is beat Tennessee and Clemson. You have struggled multiple times against inferior, low major teams. You have been throttled by the SEC.
You have no room to talk smack. It’s not warranted.
This is the difference between Clemson culture and coot culture.

I really hope we go and bust their as**s this year.
You just never see Clemson players, especially the da*n QB saying things like that.
This shows what their coaches expect of him quite honestly. He’s not been developed right at South Carolina. Mentally. No one has taught him self-reservation.
Besides, it’s ironic that he hays it’s Tennessee’s Super Bowl. How would that game not be Carolina’s Super Bowl?
I guarantee you Tennessee is worried more of the SEC Championship and the Playoff because they have maybe the capability to achieve that.
Carolina simply does not have that ability as a program. Because..It hasn’t before ever. The coots have been the most pointless SEC program out of a few in that conference. Good Lord, literally zero room.

Are you familiar with how he performed at Carolina up until the Tennessee game last year?
If we had him during that stretch of performance from Rattler, we would’ve been 8-4 in 2022.

He knocked both teams out of last year's playoff, so he has had moments of brilliance. If SC's sorry O-line would block better than they have, he might have a chance to back up some of this talk. They will have to keep a blocking TE or back in to block against the Tigers.

Perhaps, but I think the real breakdown here is simple:
Tenn was looking ahead last year, didn't show up to play...and IT WAS USuC's Super Bowl.
We completely beat ourselves last year - they didn't beat us, they're not good enough, we clearly beat ourselves and that was clear.
He's an average QB at a below average program...blond squirrel, nut. Case closed.

and I've commented on all the ones I see because everytime I read that quote I literally laugh out loud because the reality that Cooterville fans/players live in is so unlike the actual reality that everyone else lives in.
Tennessee has a football history, they have trophies, they have National Championships. For Spencer Rattlefake to make this kind of statement/quote makes me think he fell off the turnip truck one too many times.
It is good for a laugh, so I give him that. He has career in stand-up comedy when footbal doesn't work out
