Discovered this at the Surefire Neighborhood Market in Rock Hill last week, and this thing is ICONIC. Unlike anything I've ever had and absolutely delicious. 100% Beef dog, pretzel bun, fried onions, Cuban chili, cheese sauce, green onions, and Capital City Mumbo Sauce.

for making me miss the Varsity Grill. It was always a struggle to decide whether to get a Watkins dog or the meat and three when I went in there. People around these parts are still trying to recreate that chili recipe but I don't think anybody has actually been able to. Ebenezer Grill likes to put their dogs up there...and they're good, just not great. Same thing for Sonny's Dutch Mill.
