accident...
How eggzactly do you fit SEVEN adults and five more children on a 19 ft. Hurricane? Having had some experience with those boats, a large dog in the front will cause it to be swamped, I'd have to imagine it was sitting half way underwater at rest. I'd be willing to bet my youngest daughter that she hit the gas when it started to submarine, too. Idiot.
And the jetski wreck on Keowee, are you kidding me?!? I'm convinced people need a special license to drive jet ski's, I'm kind of surprised this doesn't happen more often. People go cray cray on those things.
It sucks those kids died, but idiots like this are what ruins a good time for the rest of us. Expect massive amounts of DNR and Sheriff's on the lake for the foreseeable future.

I mean, it wasn't a good idea from the get go to have that many people on that particular boat. This is assuming they were not drunk upon leaving for Party Island.
The people involved in the jet ski accident must be important, though. They're not dragging their names through the news like they do so many others.
