if this NIL stuff is going against anti trust laws how is NFL telling players they are not draft eligible until certain number of years playing ball? I know the players union agree to that but how is that legal? College players are not in the player union, how can they be restricted from earning a living by an entire league when knowing they would be drafted if allowed? Same
With other sports.

Due to collective bargaining with the player's union, the NFL cannot hire players who are not a member of the player's union. The CBA between the player's union and the NFL also stipulates the minimum age.
