Sold some extra tickets for an 80? profit

Last year people paid hundreds less than us to see the game. The entire trip was a huge expense for us, but was absolutely worth it. This year was the opposite situation. We learned what factors are at play with ticket pricing and understood that demand would be higher, but there was still risk involved. We had enough faith in our boys to risk $300 at the beginning of the season on teamtix. We reserved two extras to sell as an offset to our costs. There's a risk/reward for every financial decision in life. The complaining, sob stories, guilt trips, and attitude of entitlement on this bored is pathetic.

It is amazing to me how cheaply I was able to attend last years game. Round trip air $99, 2 night stay at Treasure Island, Vegas, $79 a night. Charter buss ride $50. Lower deck ticket $150. $460 x 4 for the family, or about $2,000. Can't sniff that this year.
