Softball team had lost their mojo

Another loss to a top 25 top. Now 1-7. Too bad there isn’t a reset button because this team definitely needs one. At one point I thought this team had a chance to have a special season. Now they are just limping to the end of the season just tying to survive. They have fallen all the way to 4th in the ACC. They will be lucky to make it out of any regional.

Yes.
We’re up 4-0 going into the 7th in the first game today and lost 5-4, in the 7th. 7 LOB.
Was never really in the second game, lost 3-1, 8 LOB.

VT had 4 LOB in each game.

It’s like the second coming of Jack Leggett where they are all tight as ####.

We don’t even host a regional. I remember in previous years, the committee holding that stuff as pretty important. Then we’d probably get sent to some SEC school against a raucous crowd.

No they weren’t hitting well before then. Never really dominated any ACC series. The hitting won’t get fixed this season.
