So you're the Big XII/SEC...who do you invite?

The map pictured has all of the BigXII/SEC/PAC12/Big 10 schools removed (sorry for the sloppy erasing in spots).
You're the Big XII and you need to add 4-6 schools....who do you go for?
You're the SEC and you need 2 more schools.....who do you go for?
The non-ACC/Big East choices include Tulsa, Tulane, Houston, So Miss, UTEP, Memphis, UAB, Directional Floridas and Louisianas, and several Ohio schools. Of course, Notre Dame and BYU are out there too for somebody.
Slim pickings for 8 total schools without some major ACC/BE poaching. The Big Ten has a large variety to choose from, being located where their conference footprint is. I'm convinced the Pac-12 will go with BYU and Boise for 13/14; but their 15/16 will be tough.
These conferences WILL grow...but with who? Clemson and FSU shine, both in product and location. GT, Miami, and VT are sitting there handsomely too.

Looking at it from an SEC perspective, I take Va Tech because it gives you a large share of the Virginia market. For the other school, I think certainly Notre Dame would be a coup. Others include OK/OK St or a NC school for a piece of the NC market. It is all about market share and number of suscribers that will allow them to renegotiate their contract/build their own network which is what drives revenue and ultimately puts large checks in the pockets of member schools.

the SEC takes VT and UNC...no brainer. Two huge new markets.
Big 12, again you get to pick whatever school you want.

Big 12 and SEC don't necessarily have to add ANYONE. That is the scary part. Just more mouths to feed.
