their weak schedule and ND's win over OU yet SC can move up after narrowly defeating an SEC team with a losing record. Go figure. I understand that there was a lot of emotion after the Lattimore injury, but they still gave up 35 points to a mediocre team at best...AT HOME!! There seems to be some bias(laughable I know) towards the SEC, but c'mon, let's be real for a moment. SC needed a sack and fumble to avert a probable regulation tie at the least, while Oregon is putting the scrubs in midway through the 2nd qtr. yet get no credit for that. The computers don't take such things into account and that is going to tilt the BCS rankings every time toward the SEC. Remember that computers are only as smart as the programmers, garbage in...garbage out.
