The seat equity increases for my seats in the stadium are hitting me hard enough, but the increase for West Zone Club is a disqualifier.. It is obvious that this whole thing is turning corporate seats because even a two percenter will find these charges hard to absorb. From what i can tell from the cryptic letter , my West Zone is doubling...or more.. Unbelievable .. signed, one hurt tiger

AND they increased the higher payment sections while decreasing the lower paying levels. they must've tripled or quadrupled the income from seat equity compared to last year

My season ticket days are past. I hate not being there anymore, but I do enjoy the comfort of my la-z-boy while watching on TV. I don't miss the 3 hour drive at all!

Not sure if this is correct - I haven't seen any DECREASES in IPTAY payment levels or seat equity. I used to be considered "purple" for seat equity. Next year my seats are categorized as "tangerine" at an increase of $230 per seat (was $120/seat but will be $350/seat next year). These aren't premium seats mind you as I practically sit beside the band in the corner of the endzone on the visitor side.

The bottom line is the folks sitting in the lower deck 40 yard line and the lower deck corner end zone sections got hit the hardest with the increases. So its not just "higher payment" sections increasing with "lower paying" sections decreasing. It is costing everyone more...

I didn't get hit with an increase, but that's because I was inactive for 10 years (coaching club soccer every weekend) and had to pony up two years ago while interest was peaking.
The price will follow demand. In the CFB arms race, it takes big money to keep up - and even more to stay ahead.

Unfortunately, get used to it. Tiger football as we know it is going away. Big time football and success and the cost of the sport is putting the game out of reach for the average person. It is a shame because the average person supported and made the program what it is. Now, only the rich and corporate come lately will be able to afford seating... and they will give seats away to the opponents or fashionable fans who don't cheer or care. It is becoming "show me the money" and not what made Clemson great. I speak as an alum and IPTAY member for over 40 years. The Clemson University president, AD and board is ruining the university.

come on man. you act like clemson is the only school that charges a lot to go see games. maybe you should check out the prices at other schools. that being said, you are right about 1 thing, it is getting to the point where it is tough on us regular people. hopefully it will get to a tipping point soon.

When I walk through the parking lots and observe what "normal" people call tailgaiting, I support the cost of attendane going up. It is apparent many, perhaps most season ticket holders spend more tailgaiting than they spend on tickets. For most games there are thousands of non-ticket buyers using the parking lots to stage their own private party. And the parties are pretty elaborate, suggesting that most season ticket holders have lots of disposable income.
It seems the program that generates the reason for the party should get a fair share of the revenue.

all i know is a lot of people are not going to be able to renew under these new prices...at some point , there is a breaking point for a household budget ...these are big increases ...
