So, is Dabo back on the hot seat after losing 4 straight?

Nov 25, 2012, 9:46 AM

What if he loses #5? I know that Barker loves him and that he wants to keep the football team "just good enough".

The Chad Morris offense puts butts in seats and Clemson should be fine in ACC conference w/ wins - and wins = people coming to games = $

Barker basically has the perfect storm - playstation offense which people want to watch, beautiful campus where people want to spend an afternoon in the Fall and a team that wins, just enough against ACC competition.

Conclusion: Dabo isnt going anywhere soon and nothing is going to change in Pickens County.

I used to go to all the home games. Not lately. Some of that is due to family obligations, but a lot of it is that I keep seeing the same you know what.

He should be told one more loss to the Coots and you're out.

We did go 10-2 and I know it was against poor competition, but we can only play who is on our schedule. It raises a good point as I see a 10-2 to 9-3 season next year (please do not start talking NC as we are no where near that point right now). What if we are having 10-2 and 9-3 seasons and Dabo losses 6 straight to SC. At that point, I think it definitely has to be addressed.

I wouldn't say he is on the hot seat, but he is definitely on the #### list. Losing to SC is unacceptable.

Put him on there!

And that will be enough to keep the money rolling in so he is safe.

If CU were serious about becoming an elite program, he would be on the hot seat for sure. But he can run up big numbers just on talent in the ever weak ACC, win nine, or ten, games, and that will be enough. Never mind that he gets his brains beat in every time he plays a decent opponent

He is in my book. Winning against

crappy competition means nothing.
