Wasn't as good as the one 10 years ago. Looks like I'll be losing about 1/3 of my team.
To qualify:
50+ yo(60 next month)
at least 7 years with Cisco(how about 24)
age plus years of service must be at least 62(you do the math)
Not a VP(not a problem)
Could not have had a promo this past year(its been 13)
Cannot be rated high !@#$%^&* me
Guess who will be inheriting all the sh!t work from those that left.
