So a 2-loss Miami team is unranked but

a 3-loss Ole Miss Team is still ranked. Miami's losses of course both to top-25 teams. SEC much?

Yeah but if you just watch football I think you can see why, without trying to do the whole SEC hype thing

All the time. But what does that have to do with his question?

I saw an Ole Miss team get absolutely embarrassed in the 2nd half by a Noles team that needed a fluke extra point attempt to slip by Miami.
I mean, Wake Forest even kept the game competitive for four quarters AT Doak, something Ole Miss failed to do on a neutral field.
Ole Miss may rattle off some wins and be respectable by the end of the year, but right now there isnt much logic and reason to having them ranked above Miami all things considered.

I was just being a smart a$$, just messing with you. I think position by position it's obvious ole miss is more talented. Ole Miss lost to Bama and FSU after being 4 possession's ahead. I think there problem is getting comfortable on a big lead. I just can't reasonably make the case that Miami is better than Ole Miss after watching both. The team that everybody says is unbeatable was getting beat by 24 by this 3 loss Ole Miss team lol
And playing FSU in Orlando? How neutral is that when you are from Mississippi? Miami played FSU at home.
You can't really watch Ole Miss and tell me they look worse than Miami. They look bad at times, but when they are good they are really good. And they have athletes everywhere. Miami doesn't

So you mean to imply that because Miami lost on a blocked PAT against FSU (the same team that beat Ole Miss by 11) and a field goal as time expired to UNC, they are clearly not top 25? A combined 3 points in losses to two top 25 teams. Yet Ole Miss lost to the same FSU along with two other losses and deserves to be ranked. No SEC bias? None? At all?
Cmon NFLU, you're smarter than that.

Losing 20-13 is on a field goal as time expires? That must have been a really long field goal to get 6 from it.
Miami played FSU at home. Ole Miss played them in Orlando. That's in Florida. That's the state FSU is in.
Ole Miss was beating that FSU team by 24 before Ole Miss went to sleep and thought the game was over. They whooped FSU for one half, it was just the wrong one lol

I would if I watched it. From what I saw in the highlight though they were leading again and lost it late. Just can't close a game.
Oh well, its all irrelevenat now. Miami and Ole Miss are both 3 loss teams now hahaa

It's the "eye test"...the same problem Clemson has.
Oct 20, 2016, 9:13 PM

I watched the replay of Clemson vs. N.C. State and it was glaring that our Offense is leaving points on the field.
Passes that are either under/over thrown. Catch-able passes that are dropped. Turnovers.
So even though we're unbeaten in the midst of beating America's hottest upstart in Louisville when they were #3...we're failing the eye test.
My recommendation to the offense would be:
1. Get Watson to deliver 75% of his passes out in the flats to the tune of 10 to 15 yards. Preferably to Renfrow as he has the best hands in my opinion.
2. Get Watson to run more. You can clearly see when the pocket collapses or he checks down and nothing is there...he is great at scrambling to get that first down. He needs to aim a rushing 100 yds per game if not more.
3. In practice, work on holding that #### football!! You'd think our guys would be more clued in about opposing teams trying to strip and rip the ball out of our hands. Granted...nothing much Gallman could have done about that targeting hit vs. the Wolfpack.
