If a clemson student transfers mid semester to scar does it raise the average gpa of both schools?

The GPA is split between the two schools

So in SC's case, yes, it raises their average.

You can't transfer mid semester, but if a transfer occurred the gpa would probably not be effected as USuC's grades are inflated to allow the football team to remain eligible. The overall IQ level would definitely increase at both schools.
