few sprints ...I ran up and down the steps 81 times today. 10 stes made it 80..and then I said ...One more for the '81 team ..LOL! 28 mins of cardio...

You will recover and heal. You have made this into a personal goal/pleasure. My hat is off to you.
I used to arrive early for work and do the stairs a few times in my building.
One of my best friends/competitor got to a place where she could just do up hills.
She had been All American in college and took up with my old a-- years later. Due to her problem we would train on dirt bike trails. I was over 45 and could do under 36 for 10K, but she could do 34.
Here is a photo of her this week going up a hill - acrophobia means I would never do that ~

year...if you were a back , you had to run under 6:30....ran a 5:42 in Riddell red bottomed cleats on a dirt track. Thought I was literally going to die!

Might have given me some motivation to try something different.
BTW, I had not 1 but 3 different friends that all had torn knee cartlidge or partial ligaments damage in their respective knee's that got PRP injections from a Dr in Asheville (can't remember his name now), but all of them were able to return to full running & biking several months later.
Might be something to research.

And Waccamaw is 3A along with Georgetown. Carvers Bay is 1A and Andrews is 2A.
