Try and pick up Russell Wilson. I mean it can't get any worse.

Heard some say 10 years but that's drastic but Tepper is up to the task I'm sure, he plans to absorb both roles HC & GM over the next 2-3 seasons and possibly, if he can "get his arm right", step into the vaunted QB1 position, ("Tepper can really spin it", former Steeler OC Todd Haley)..then the Dynasty begins–

build an offense & system around Bryce Young.

If the team was a QB away from success then it should be considered but there are so many holes to be filled.

at the helm is the same type that Aikman's Cowboys, Young's 49ers, and Bradshaw's had.
And that offense is one that is stacked w/ ALL-PROs followed by Pro Bowlers.

You think the Panthers should bench their #1 overall pick QB for a washed up Russell Wilson after only one season??

As a Falcons fan, Id like to see them go after Wilson.

He would be cheap (Broncos have to pay his contract if the new team doesn’t) and he has Super Bowl experience. I’m concerned that Sean Payton broke him, but if anything can rehab him it would be the Sean McVay type offense.

I’d prefer Cousins for the Falcons, but Wilson would not be a bad fallback option.

Wilson would be dumb to go to Carolina. They are nowhere close to contending, and have Major organizational issues.
