1) Clear Recent Folders
2) Clear Recent items in Start bar(Windows Media player, documents, etc)
3) Open any picture viewer/video player and delete recent files...Even if a file is hidden on the hard drive, it WILL still open.
4)Make sure you don't have files synced to your media viewers
5)Hide all Folders and change the titles & extensions of files that would lead to eminent divorce... you can always change them back to an .mpg
6)Sleep well, my friend.
