shakedown cruise on Royal Gourmet tabletop griddle

I think it'll work out well for my needs. Didn't want a full size on a stand for occasional use, wanted something portable and better than my $20 walmart tabletop gas grill. The griddle is heavy porcelain covered steel, and 18" x 25" is larger than I expected, but I can throw it in the 4Runner for a picnic or tailgate. No seasoning, no rusting, easy cleanup, easy storage, portable but can cook a lot of food. It's a weiner.

My only complaint is that the grease trap is a little small so when I do a full rasher (love that word for some strange reason) of bacon on it I have to remember to take it out and put a larger bowl under the drain hole.

Pellet grill and Pit Barrel Cooker at one location and a PK Grill and Pit Barrel Cooker at another location.
Thinking about selling the 2nd PBC, but when you need it, you need it. Sucker can cook 8 full racks of ribs. LOL.

I don’t stand a chance if you only count ones that work properly.

frying pan on the deck next to the griddle - saucy stuff needs the sides
Did you get that 12v portable pellet grill? They have one at the Patio Store where I fill my LP tanks. Takes a lot of will power to leave it there every time I go.
