so seriously - how will this play out ???
Pressing charges against M st player/s for assualt in Tunnel ....
not saying it didn't happen Nor saying they shouldn't press charges ........ but
Can Mich be held liable for having 1 tunnel and thus creating the situation ?
Why was there a Mich player there while the entire M st team was trying to use the tunnel ??
Was the M st player defending himself ??
Can the M st player sue Mich for any of the above?
Who's gonna pay $$ for a jury trial ??????
seriously --- what do you see for this situation playing out .....

The second video that has surfaced looks terrible and seems as if a Michigan St player is swinging his helmet to hit the Michigan player in the main tunnel.
I could see serious legal action coming there if desired.
The initial video shows the altercation move away from a set of double doors and the Michigan player eventually walk a completely different direction down the main tunnel after everyone separated.
My guess is that those double doors were the entrance to the Michigan St locker room.
If that's the case, I could see an argument that the Michigan St players were forcefully removing the Michigan player from their locker room.
Not much room to bring legal action from the Michigan player in that instance, especially since none of the Michigan St players went after him once he was away from the entrance to their locker room.

I have seen some video but not all - but seriously it's a game of violence and contact - obviously this is the WRONG kind of contact ....
I just wonder how it plays out - I mean I haven't walked through the tunnel -- but what was the Mich player doing there anyway ???
just seems bush league all the way around - possibly pressing charges as well ......

Both teams use the same tunnel in that stadium, but there are separate locker rooms.
It's surprising there have not been more incidents before this season.
In all honestly there probably were fights back in the day that nobody knew about because there were not cameras in the tunnel when they happened.

The video that I saw showed the Michigan player being assaulted. The four Michigan State players that have been suspended need to be charged.
I don’t care who said what or who was where. When I was teaching, I was called some bad stuff by a few students and their parents. Those verbal insults did not give me the right to attack someone. The Michigan State players attacked as a group and need to be treated as the low life individuals that they are.

as well inside of that -- I'm wondering how it plays out ,, also maybe some changes or policy .....

The thing is the parents and Jim Harbaugh want consequences but are only listening to the Michigan player about what happened. I want to know why the Mich. St. players jumped on him. Were they provoked? Why was he by the Mich. St. locker room away from his team? I just don't see why the state players would jump him unless they were provoked.

There is no reason for the UM player to be where he was at that time and no doubt, he was running his mouth. If it was one player who decided to take a poke at him or start a wrestling match and then it got broken up it would be a non issue.
The issue is that you have multiple MSU players thugging it up by jumping in and trying to land blows rather than breaking it up and telling UM ####### to get the hell away and shut his mouth. If there was a kid swinging a helmet then that's a whole different level.
UM kid isn't blameless. He should be disciplined by harbaugh and harbaugh should stop being disingenuous and do the right thing by also calling out his player for being in the wrong as well.
UM kid should not receive any dessert in the dining facility and run some stadiums. MSU should be ok with that. 1st MSU kid that took a poke or shoved or whatever in response to UM ####### should have the same done to him. Anyone jumping in after that from MSU should get worse. If there was anyone swinging a helmet, that kid should be done dressing or playing for the year and have 8 of his 9 lives taken away. Show up early for whatever punishment for however long, be forced to make every meeting and stand on the sidelines in sweats to watch every single practice but not so much as touch a football. Give him time to think and grow up, thank his lucky stars that the other guy wasn't injured and try again next year.
