Maybe Miss St would all compete for 2nd best team in ACC.
Everyone else is terrible though. I'm just not sure I've ever seen a conference not have a 2nd good team like ACC. Maybe UVa will turn out decent.

Florida struggled with Miami who was mid pack in the ACC coastal last year and we beat A&M with ease with a C effort. I’m not sure why everybody is so high on them.
The SEC looks strong at the top with the big 3 in the west plus UGA, but we’ve yet to see the mutts play anybody.

It's a rival game and it was the opener. I wouldn't put too much stock in that game.

Little brother Auburn, no way LSU (until they score a point vs. Bama), A&M was who we thought they were, UGA Is solid, Florida is a walking time bomb ready to Implode, pshhh ???Mississippi who?

I’m not sold on Auburn. Auburn beat a highly ranked Oregon team, that had done absolutely nothing to earn that high ranking. Oregon finished 2018 unranked, then started 2019 at #9. Sorry, but I gottta throw the BS flag. Auburn also beat Tulane, whoop-de-doo. Auburn plays TAMU next week, if they beat TAMU then I’ll concede that Auburn has something. Until Auburn plays and beats a team that has actually earned their ranking with wins, Auburn is nobody.

Just shows you how big of a gap there is between Clemson, Bama and everyone else.

Those teams don't suck but surely are overly hyped. There's teams in the ACC that are "competing" for 2nd best behind Va, so not sure about your argument here. It's pretty early in the season.

I'd love for UVA to turn out to be somebody, but I watched them play William & Mary last week, and it felt like I was watching a HS football game. Jury's still out.
