Seatbacks through Iptay Issues

Is anyone else having issues with seatbacks this year? I've ordered them with my initial tickets and still don't have them correct (today is my 4th time calling). We've gone over the total number of seatbacks and the exact placement each time... and I'm hoping they finally get it right.

They sure did charge me for the correct amount though! Just still missing those seatbacks after 3 games.

Haha. To be honest, I sure do. The seatbacks tend to protect my area from those individuals on the row that are larger than... what is it... 19" wide?

Yea you need to be refunded if you paid for them. Probably someone not paying has them at the moment and are wondering who gifted them.

We had issues last year, nothing this year. They refunded the games the seatbacks were not there.

Yep. 12 seats. Paid for them with season ticket renewal. 3 home games in still no seat backs and a promise to get it right before next game. No refund yet either. They want me to call the company dealing with the seatbacks even though they took the payment. The one taking the payment needs to get it corrected.

I called the company and they got some things corrected, but not everything. I'm seriously doubting the lady I'm talking to on the phone.

I have called twice to no avail. I have 8 lower deck tix and they put them on the wrong seats.
