We just went five minutes without a field goal. Why does this seem to happen so often? We just go ice cold and allow the other team to build momentum

Poor offensive flow. Passing only around the perimeter. Not driving to the basket. Bad shot selection. Some on the players, some on the coach. We should have some designed plays set up to break up those droughts but don’t seem to.
