Anyone think the new hotel beside the campus will help with

recruits? A lot of players want to play close to home so family and friends can see them play. A hotel that close to campus is practically walking distance to the dorms and may be appealing to families wanting to watch their kid play ball.
I know it was a topic of debate recently, but it could help recruiting....albeit, probably marginally.

The apartments cost 850 a month per person, and are meant for students... I don't see it having any impact on recruiting, other than telling players they can stay there after their freshman year.

Yeah. I just recently found out they are $850 month per person. If there is much doubt that the makeup of the student body has changed over the years, the affluence of our current student body is all the proof you need

principal and interest isn't even $850 a month. Those better have some serious amenities.

Those apartments will be for students. You do realize that Clemson is a school right? Where people go for, wait for it, an education?
