I think it will be 17-0 with a 12 team playoff. I don't know but I assume the top four get a bye and the next eight play and then you have an 8 team playoff.

Would it be 16? 12 regular season, conference championship, and then quarters, semis, and final, assuming you got the bye. If you don’t get the bye, then 17 would be correct.

did NOT have the bye wound up winning, or even one or more of the Bye teams were not undefeated, your winner would be 15-1 or 16-1.

There is also a possibility that someone got in without participating in a conference championship game, which brings even different final win totals into play.

Anybody who thinks the drama around rankings will lessen with the twelve team playoff better buy themselves some Valium and just knock themselves out during football season, because in reality, it is going to be CRAZIER than ever!

"BIG Ranking Lobbyist" and "SEC Ranking Lobbyist" may become actual, real job descriptions for some of these Sports Shills.
