Those players that coach Bakich is playing with, they are the players that Lee signed to play at Clemson, and a lot of the true freshman are recruits that Lee had recruited for Clemson. Clemson was the biggest job he had in his head coaching career, he was over his head at times but he will learn from it, and he will be a better coach bc of it. Personally, I don't think we have seen the last of Monte Lee as a HC...

"Coach" Bakich on the other hand, Bakich played baseball at ECU under HC Keith LeClair who also played for Leggett when he was the HC at Western Carolina. Then Bakich comes to Clemson as a GA Under Jack Leggett. Then went to Vandy with Tim Corbin when he was hired as the HC at Vandy. I mean he has worked for Leggett, he worked as an assistant under "one" of Jack's most successful assistants turned HC in Tim Corbin that's had tons of success at Vanderbilt. He played ball for a coach that played for Leggett, Bakich has had an awful lot of Jack Leggett style instilled in him from a very young player. We can almost say that he is a Jack Leggett #2 that has Jack Leggett #1 working for him. We all know about the success that Jack has had at Clemson, now we have a HC that has had all Jack Leggett players/HC'S teach him on his way up to become a HC. Bakich's success at Clemson isn't by accident, it's what he was coached to be, and it started with his college playing years!!!!
