It wasn’t the best way to respond to the situation but he did what he thought was best for himself. I hope he continues to succeed wherever he ends up in life and in football.. We love you KB!!

He's a great kid. He's also very emotional right now. I wish he had gone to practice this week and given himself a few more days to think it through.

Nailed it! It is just too important of a decision to make on emotion. Dabo said he would let him stay on the team and not play, so another week or so to think about it would have been good for him.
