Was Ohio State's offense really bad this year like ours was in '22 when they promoted from within?

We promoted from within after our offense ranked 100th in total yards and 82nd in scoring. Ohio State ranked 9th in total offense and 2nd in scoring offense this season.

Also, their head coach is known as an offensive savant, and ours is not.
