Somebody tell me

with Clemson fans being use to the likes of James Davis, C.J. Spiller, and Andre Ellington over the last few years, to name a few, what is there at running back for 2013 to get pumped up about? I want to get fooled,but I just dont see it. McDowell is a career backup and Brooks & DJ are unproven, where's the talent? Hopefully, Dye and Gallman will show out when practices start!!

McDowell was averaging around 16 yards a carry against USuC

He was only a back up to a returning starter/senior. He will do work.

Rod Mcdowell will have an outstanding year in my opinion. He's a little bit of Spiller and a little bit of Ellington in my opinion.

If they would have gone to him in the 2nd half vs the coots we would've won. Watch the first scoring drive again. We killed them running.

Remember, McDowell was the #4 rated RB in HS by Rivals

and played in the Army All-American game with Tajh Boyd. He's a thoroughbred and has had the misfortune of playing behind some great ones here at Clemson.
